BREAK IN REPORT

Just had a visit from Detective Taylor asking if we had seen anything suspicious around 5:30 AM this morning. He did not give many details, but apparently a house in the 1800 block of Williams Street was broken into while the occupants were asleep. No one was injured, but a few things were stolen. If anyone saw anything this morning around that time or has any information about this incident, please call the Police Department. In the 10 years we have been here, there has never been a break-in while the residents were at home, and this needs to be stopped immediately.

On April 21, we received approval from the required members to pay for any additional costs for fill dirt and sod.  The original estimate was $2,500.  Due to new estimates and additional donations, the cost to the association will cover is $1,680.   We will have about $1,300 remaining in the association account after we make this payment.

For reference, we are required to receive approval of 1/3 of membership according to bylaws to approve.
